SMS Messaging Program

Program description: The KPM Core Services messaging program sends SMS communications to individuals who voluntarily submit their information through the opt-in form on our website and check a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox. Messages relate to your property management inquiry and may include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and — if you separately consent — informational messages about our services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin the program, submit the opt-in form on our website again or reply START, and you will begin receiving messages again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
