North Jersey — roughly a 20-mile radius around Hasbrouck Heights, including Hackensack, Wallington, Wood-Ridge, Garfield, Lodi, and Union City. We do not manage properties in New York City.
What types of properties do you manage?
Multi-family buildings of four units and up, from a four-family to large portfolios. We also manage HOAs and commercial properties.
Do you take single-family homes?
No — we specialize in buildings of four units and up. That focus is what keeps our service hands-on.
How are your fees structured?
A percentage of collected rent that scales down as your unit count grows. We walk through the exact structure for your building on a quick call.
I live out of state. Can you handle everything?
Yes — many of our owners invest from out of state. We're the local operator for leasing, maintenance, inspections, and collections, with everything documented in your owner portal.
Can you improve my building's numbers?
That's our specialty. Most buildings we take over have rents below market on old agreements — we bring the rent roll to market value and often add revenue through storage and laundry.
How do I see what's happening with my building?
Through your owner portal — statements, reporting, and documentation. Radical transparency is our house rule.
